A new Company, Medserv Italia srl. based in Pozzallo, Sicily has been set up to
provide logistics and support facilities for the envisaged increased activity in
the oil and gas industry offshore Sicily. The Company currently operates a base
in Pozzallo and is also geared to be able to set-up operations in other parts of
Sicily to meet client expectations.

Medserv Italia srl is a joint venture between Medserv Italy Ltd, a Maltese registered
company and TEA Shipping srl, a group company of the Italian Consorzio CEM. The
company implements internationally recognized Occupational Health and Safety Assessment
Series 18001 to reduce the risks with health and safety in the work environment.
