Offices - Warehousing & Yard Storage Area
The Medserv Base occupies a total area of 50,000m2 excluding the quay which extends to an additional 6,500m2. It operates from new offices within the base. This comprises of 250m2 of fully equipped flexible layout offices available for rent. It also has 4525m2 of modern covered warehousing which include dust free areas. Minimum headroom of the warehouses is 6.50 metres, access being via wide doors capable of taking special cargo such as Xmas Trees. The open laydown area of over 40,000m2 may be used for storage of tubulars, bulky equipment such as anchors, buoys, penants, cable reels etc. This area is also used for the assembly of outbound cargo, unstuffing of inbound containers, and general storage of stand by materials. |
